VIP GOLD & SILVER CLUB MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Service Response Time – As a Gold member, you are guaranteed service within 24 hours of your initial contact with a Seaside Representative. All Silver members are guaranteed service within 48 hours of call.

Regular Diagnostic Charge – Gold Club members will get a FREE diagnostic. ($95 value) Silver Club members will get a discount rate of only $39. ($56 savings!)

Overtime Diagnostic Charge – When you request service outside our normal business hours, Gold & Silver Club members get a great discount rate off the normal price of $179. Gold Member rate is $35 ($144 savings) and Silver Member rate is $65 ($114 savings).

Service Repair Discount – In addition to the savings, Gold &Silver members will receive a 25% discount on future service repairs, possibly saving you hundreds of dollars! 15% will be discounted on sign up date.

Service Window- Because we value your time, becoming a Gold & Silver Club member means we will shorten the estimated arrival time of our technicians. Gold members window is within 2 hours & Silver members window is within 4 hours.

**Parts & Labor Warranty on Repairs – For being a Club VIP member, you will receive an additional warranty benefit for parts & labor (with continued membership). Gold members receive 5 year warranty and Silver members receive 3 year warranty. If you cancel your membership, or we do not receive your monthly payment, then the warranty is no longer valid.

Major Equipment Purchase – Gold members will receive 7% discounts on all major equipment purchases and Silver members will receive 5% discounts!

Filtration & Ducts – Gold members will receive 10% discounts on the purchase of filtration and ducts. Silver members will receive 5% discounts!

A/C Precision Tune Ups & Professional Cleaning – Included in your membership, we will provide a complete tune up and cleaning to ensure a dependable & efficient operating air system.

Furnace Precision Tune Up & Professional Cleaning – Included in your membership, we will provide a complete tune up and cleaning to ensure a dependable & efficient operating heating system.

Condenser: Original Warranty Renewed for August & September – Warranty applies after the tune-up has been within the current season and has been certified as “GOOD” and your membership has been continued for 6 months. Seaside Air Enterprises, Inc. will only cover up to $450 in repairs. If repairs total over $450, you may pay the difference or use it towards a new system installed by Seaside.

Gold Club Members – NO DEDUCTIBLE
Silver Club Members – $95

Furnace: Original Warranty Renewed for January & February – Warranty applies after the tune-up has been within the current season and has been certified as “GOOD” and your membership has been continued for 6 months. Seaside Air Enterprises, Inc. will only cover up to $450 in repairs. If repairs total over $450, you may pay the difference or use it towards a new system installed by Seaside.

Night-Time Service – We are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are always on call, so we can serve you at your convenience.
